So, I decided to add a few tank mates to my Festae tank..kind of mix it up, you know? Well, I saw some really good looking Convicts for $2 each at Pet Smart. They were really healthy looking and small as my 5 Festae (about 1.5"). I tried my best to just get 3 males..but I failed. It looks like I have 2 males and one female..which means I am going toi be inundated with babies eventually..lol. THe good news is, they are incredibly well patterned and colored. Theyu have awesome blue tintinf to their fins, and their bodies have some of the best pattern definition I have ever seen on a convict. They are doing great with the Festae, eventually I am going to add some Ornatum to the tank.
