Male's or female's I will work with whatever size. I am trying to stay with the Mpimbwe blue tho. Thanks!

You will have a hard time finding one here in Washington. Very few people keeps those.. I know someone who have Giberosa Frontosas but I know it's not Mpimbwe Blue. You might have a better luck looking to this forum:

http://cyphos.com/

Try and see if you can find locally from that forum.

Good luck.

Thank you. I will give it a shot. I have one Mpimbwe and want to start a colony of them. I have found Burundi super easy to find but not Mpimbwe. Figures that would be what I got years ago, and now can't find. I have tried a lot of online sellers, seem pretty scarce.

No problem. I used to keep Gibersosa Moba and Mikula. That was years and years ago.. I got mine online and from someone in Spokane. She no longer have any.. If you really want Mpimbwe and don't mind the price, check with LittleAfricaAquatics. I don't think they have Mpimbwe at the moment but he have different variants. The owner is really good on getting some rare and odd variants of various tanganyikan cichlids. =)

Thanks Mike, I am betting you mean Little Amazon Aquatics? On Hwy 99? Anyway, those are both nice fish and also now hard to find. However I figured since I have one good sized Male Mpimbwe I would try and stick with the pims. We shall see.
