Hello!

Selling my 1-ish year old Marineland stand. Originally built for a 120 gallon tank. It’s vinyl laminated MDF with no exposed surface edges. It’s in near perfect shape.

Honestly it is built better than my Aqueon pine stand. Tight tolerances with a central spine that prevents sag. It has adjustable and removable shelves in each door. It has a classy smoked middle glass shelf and metal handles.

Pick up in Gig Harbor or I can deliver up to Tacoma area for an additional $10. Asking $30 OBO. Heck you can use this as a TV stand or console table! Or two 30” tanks side by side.

UPDATE. I thought I'd post an update on this really nice stand, which I got from FishBeast about three months ago. When I bought it I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it, but the price was awesome, and I couldn't resist picking it up. Once I got it, though, it was even nicer than I expected, so I decided to use it with my acrylic 75-gallon show tank in my living room. Here's that tank with it's original iron stand; I bought this setup in 1987.

I decided to start fresh, so I replaced the 30-year-old coral gravel with fresh aragonite; here's the tank on the new stand one day after 'washing' the new substrate-

Twenty-four hours later, the Eheim 2217 canister, mounted in the right enclosure, has done a pretty good job of clearing the water.

Two weeks later, the tank is ready for some fishes. I'll be adding more Java Fern, and perhaps some Jungle Val as well.

The tank will house a mixed colony of Tropheus sp. 'Ikola' and Tropheus annectens, about 15 fishes each; these fishes occur sympatrically in the lake. I'll post some pics once the tank is stocked. :)

Looks SUPER clean! Are you going to use a background on it?
No, I like seeing the bricks through the tank. Two other things that I really like about this setup are (1) the black acrylic canopy; you don't see these around so much anymore, and (2) it's virtually silent! There is an Eheim 2217 canister and one small air pump enclosed in the stand, and you really can't hear them. Big difference from my fish room, which is quite noisy. :sick
