LED Lighting For 20 Gallon Long

Hello,

I have a question regarding my LED lighting situation on my 20 gallon long shrimp tank.
I am very unfamiliar with the whole LED lighting. I have always used t5-ho, power compact and cfls.
Plants are mainly low light crypts, anubis, java moss, and some unknown stem plants

Equipment:
Aqua clear 50 HOB
100 watt heater
2-3 inches substrate base layer fluval stratum topped with ecom complete.
30 inch finnex planted plus 24/7

I currently run the light on a timer for 8 hours a day.

My question tho is the 30 inch finnex planted plus 24/7 too much light when i have it set to full output?
Can any one recommend and setting to keep this fixture at and how long to run it?
This light is adjustable with white, red, blue, and green leds. you can adjust the brightness and all that.

In the future I will add some medium light plants. I would light to avoid high light. The whole co2 and dosing was too much work to maintain and keep tank stable.

First of all congratulations on picking up a really great light. Please see the review that Cory from Aquarium Co-op produced. Hopefully it will give you some helpful tips.
