Well, apparently the tropheus were not ignoring the regani. I just had to euthanize #3.

I am very surprised to hear that; usually they are so busy with each other that they don't have time (or energy) to fuss with other fishes, and even if they did, I would expect the Julies to be more than able to escape in the rockwork.
