Guppy a little funky

One of my female guppies has been swimming a little oddly (upwards) and her tail looks funky (you can see in the photo). Today her top fin is a bit clamped. I have another female with a similar tail issue but she's acting fine. Any ideas what's going on?

Water parameters are fine, only thing I notice is alkalinity is a little low.

How is she doing?
I think she's doing better. I've been doing a treatment of general cure. Wondering if she didn't have worms even though I QT'd when I got them a few months ago. Hopefully her belly will plump back up with babies again.

Watching her now she's still swimming vertically a bit but she's active and eating.
