I feed mine cucumbers. I'll have to try some of the veggies you are using as well.

Sweet potato is a good one ! You can leave it in the tank for 2 days and it doesn't make a big mess as long as the plecos are 5" or under.

I like to put raw carrot in the tank for the same reason. It lasts a decent amount of time and they graze on it for a couple of days.

I do this as well, carrots, zucchini, apple and spinach are the biggest hits
