Here is where it started. A stump, windelov, 6 neon tetras. Dirt capped with sand.
First wave of plants in.
Lotus is the front right was growing way to quick. I decided i was going to pull it out. The roots had grown throughout the entire tank creating a muddy disaster. Then this happened.
Time to start over. This time with eco complete.
Rotala Rotundifolia starting to fill the back wall. Syngonanthus Belem added.
Rotala filling in nicely, with Ludwidia repens x Ludwigia Arcuata, Ludwigia Red.
Syngonanthus Belem not growing well, replaced with Hottonia Palustris.
Here we are today. All Rotala Rotundifolia, christmas moss, removed. Only background plants are Hottonia Palustris and Ludwidia repens x Ludwigia Arcuata. Can't wait for the background plants to grow out. Foreground/midground plants are Dwarf chain sword (has spread everywhere), Blyxa Japonica, Hair Grass of some sort, stargrass.
Neon tetras still in there enjoying the ride. Along with some boesemani, Pristella tetras, Corydoras Loretoensis, Aspidoras pauciradiatus, twig cat, and 5 Nanochromis Splendens. Oh, and an Angelfish growing out.
