    Whoa!! Why are they going out of business is what I want to know... and for only $35k?! Should we all pitch in and buy it? We can call it the Washington Fish Box! aka Aquarium Co-Op II as Vicki says haha

    Dude - I love the idea but I'm not driving down there everyday to sell fish. No way. I hate driving.

    That's too bad. I don't like seeing fish stores go out of business. I wish we had more down here -- south of Tacoma.

    The price drop makes me suspicious. Perhaps there's a lien on the property or the equipment...?

    Well the property is leased. I think his overhead is too high for the location. $1580 a month for that alone.

    I hate doing water changes... would never own a store for that reason alone ;)
