Dual Stage Regulator Question

Does anyone know what this port on the bottom stage is? Do I need to plug it?

My guess is I do, but I haven't seen that before. It's an unmarked Linde Co2 regulator, ebay description had basically nothing, but it was only $20 so I figured I'd try. Guages indicate the pressures should be in the right ballpark.

I think it's just a set screw for the first stage. Didn't plug it or anything and the regulator seems to work perfect.

Don't plug it, it's an exhaust port for if the diaphragm blows out you know. there is no gas in there, just a tension spring.
