Can you tell me what plant this is?

I had a misc. root that I stuck in the sand and it has grown into this, I really like it but don't know what it is.

I have several of these and I love them. Once this gets big enough, it will send out runners. Mine are about 4-5" tall and wide (excluding the runners).
