Black Rose VS. Chocolates Shrimp?

As some have heard the latest "HOT" Shrimp on the market is the "Black Rose" Neo's!
What IS the difference, as It's very suttle to tell them apart! Can a Chocolate be passed off as a Black Rose? hmm.
