Aulonocara identification help.

Having trouble figuring out exactly what variety my peacocks are. I got them free with a fish tank. I have two males and two females and they are breeding very regularly now. I have over 30 fry in breeder nets and one female is already holding again.

Some idea's I have for what they might be.
Aulonocara (Rubescens)
Aulonocara Stuartgranti Chipoka
Aulonocara korneliae
Aulonocara stuartgranti maleri - i found a video of a maleri that looks like them i know most are more yellow. Maybe they are the line bred "German Red". Aulonocara stuartgranti maleri chipoka "German Red".

link to video of the fish -

I'm hoping to get convinced enough of what they are so i can either trade or sell the fry.
They are in a 55 gallon with 3 (female) Melanochromis auratus, 4 Copadichromis borlyei Kadango "Rede Fin Borlyei" (1 male 3 female), a common plecostomus, and a senegalese bichir.

That's a tough one, i've been looking for awhile. Might be hard to get 100% positive identification, especially with all the cross breeding that goes on, and multiple location points for the same fish.

Yeah I was kind of afraid of hearing that. They are really nice looking fish in my opinion. I'm am hoping that they aren't hybrids. The males do look very much the same other than the white on the large male comes down towards the face from the dorsal fin. I appreciate all the input regardless. Will the appearance of my fry help me determine if they are indeed hybrids? I was told that if they are hybrids the fry will look like a bunch of mutts when they mature. Any truth to this?

I have seen a lot of hybrids that looked amazing. So i wouldnt put much stock into the mutt theory. My first thought was actually a copadichromis sp.

I'm pretty sure the females give these guys away as peacocks if nothing else. Although the males coloration pattern is somewhat similar to Copadichromis borlyei Kadango "Red Fin Borlyei".
