Anyone here have experience with large to massive (1000 to 2000+ gallon) built-in or concrete tanks? Looking to find out more with regards to cost and logistics like construction, plumbing, electrical, insulation and moisture management. Thank you!

Have you seen that YouTube video of the guy who has a giant gazillion dollar tank in his "garage". His kid gets on a scuba outfit to clean the tank!
