Help identifying cenote fish

I saw these fish in a cenote (large limestone sinkhole) in the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico this year. What I found most striking was their tall dorsal fins and bright turquoise spots. They were about 6 inches long. I'm guessing they're a species of Cichlid, but google hasn't been much help. Can anybody ID these beauties for me?

It's a livebearer, likely a molly of some sort. Not my strong suit but a beautiful fish.
