That's awesome! Mine have never spawned that I know of, I have 3 different groups from different sources in there mostly with other catfish. The tetras in the tank would probably get the eggs if they did spawn in the tank though. Very cool.

No issues, power was out about 40 hours or so, I ran the generator during the days and turned it off from about 12am-8am without issue, started back up and all seemed fine. Closed up houses suck, can you see from the crawl or something where all the drains go down and meet for the sewer? Might give you an idea.

It's not a vent if its sealed... It's possible it could have been a drain and its possible it wasn't vented...

I use cheap $1 store metal stainless forks (comes in sets of 4). Prick it in the squash, zucchini, whatever, drop it in.
