    Sierra- Renton

Overall Experience 5 Cost 4 Quality of Fish 4 Variety 3 Service 3 Great supply department. Wide variety. Plenty of good fish to look at. I really like the used equipment section. More shops should do this. Everybody needs to be recycling. Good assistants when you can get a hold of one.

Setting Up a Goldfish Tank - 55 Gallon size tank

I have to agree with racersk, I think you need to add filtration. Goldfish are piggies and create plenty of waste. I personnally would just add a cannister filter. Undergravel filters are out of fashion but still get the job done.

    Liem's - International District

Overall experience 4.5 Cost 5 Quality 4.5 Variety 3 Service 5 I imagine this is the type of shop one would exprience in 1960's Hong Kong? Clutter, tight isles. Unique approach. Great for such a small shop. Prices are right and lots of young fish. I've had some very interesting finds in...

CLOSED - A Place for Pets- Burien

Overall experience 5 Cost 4 Quality of Fish 5 Variety 5+ Service 5 One of the best, if not the best, freshwater fish shops in Seattle. When orders are in some of the most unusual species one can find in a pet shop.

Hey its your choice. If you can live with it then there's no problem. Maybe you can just hard glue it back together? Doesn't look like it will worsen in the long run. seems primarily cosmetic. Just go with what you feel. Good luck.

Another Angelfish question: Why do some people seem to be able to put multiple in a tank and be fine

Re: Another Angelfish question: Why do some people seem to be able to put multiple in a tank and be fine. Mine want to kill each other! Remember that angels are cichlids after all. Young fish will school, but as they get older they want to pair up and kick everybody else out of their...

    Manzanita branches

Here's a trick. check out some of the local petshops that feature birds. Manzanita is sold in some of these shops as perching supports. They may not be as ornate as some would like, but I've seen some pieces that were really nice. Good luck

    Question for Rena XP users

I would send the pic to the place you got it from. You dont have to return the actual product but if they are really professional, they will make it right. Good luck. Rena xp1, xp2 for years.

    Looking for catfish

You mentioned P pictus. Is shape more important then behavior? pictus are day-active; if you are looking for day-active catfish you could also check out Synodontis eupterus or Synodontis decorus. But if shape trumps behavior, then Pimelodus ornatus, P. blochii. And Sorubim lima could be a good...
